My name is Lindsey Abraham, and thank you for visiting my online portfolio! I currently have the pleasure of teaching the sweetest group of first graders in Newport-Mesa Unified School District. I have experience teaching first grade, kindergarten, and third grade during distance and hybrid learning. I earned my Multiple Subject Credential (June 2020) and Master of Arts in Teaching (August 2020) from the University of California, Irvine. I am based in Southern California, where I was born and raised. I have learned so much throughout my teaching journey and love to share my love for learning with my students! I look forward to seeing what the future holds in education.​
I am passionate about creating an inclusive, welcoming classroom environment in which all students feel empowered to take charge of their own learning, whether it be in person or online. Having the opportunity to be a lifelong learner alongside my students is truly my dream come true. Nothing is more rewarding than making an impact on my students’ futures each and every day.
